Zucchini and Squash Tart with Cornmeal Crust



This was FANTASTIC! Wasn't entirely sure how well we were going to like this dish, but it was truly delicious. The cornmeal and dill crust was exceptional and the flavors with the yellow and zucchini squash and the two cheeses (Swiss and Parmesan) where just outstanding. A very delicious side dish that could be used for any occasion, expect compliments. This dish was supposed to be cooked in a 11x8-inch removable bottom tart pan which I didn't have so I used by new Paula Deen pie dish that worked beautifully. You can purchase Paula's stoneware at Wal-Mart. Thanks again Paula. Enjoy!
