Aunt Jo's Strawberry Pretzel Salad



This was a really refreshing salad that could be used as either a salad with the main course or a dessert. Very easy to put together, however you must plan to put this together the night before as it needs to sit in the refrigerator overnight to really set well. Don't do what I did and try and make this the day of the event as I almost had to remake the gelatin portion as it was setting up very quickly and I almost didn't get it in the dish with the other ingredients. The pretzel and butter crust on the bottom gave this a salty and sweet taste that was a great combination with the cream cheese and strawberry gelatin. Thanks Paula. Enjoy!
