Talapia Baked in Parchment



If you like fish this ones for you! This recipe was really unique because everything was cooked in the parchment together. It reminded me of my camping trips when we cooked all our food in a tin foil pouch over an open campfire (good memories!), this recipe is very easy, the only thing that took some time was cutting up all the vegetables. The butter sauce was so good with the lemon and garlic it added a wonderful flavor into the Tilapia, a whole meal in itself, and it only took 10-15 minutes! You'll like this one! Thanks Paula.
