It was nice having three very different dipping sauces for the fries. I had never used Wasabi powder for cooking before and it is really good. Not sure which one of the three was the biggest favorite, I think they were all well liked. These sauces would be good for a lot of different appetizer type foods. Wonderful with the fries!
