Want an easy and healthy recipe that can be put together quickly. This is one to try. Bring frozen peas to a boil, drain, add butter and fresh tarragon and its ready to serve. The tarragon gives the peas a new flavor. Try other herbs and you have different flavors to your vegetables. Michael and I have filled our refrigerator and kitchens with so many new items since starting "Weekends with Paula".
