We wanted to show you Michael's hot tub and the his beautiful back yard. There wilYummy pie! Again, a very easy recipe to make. Reminds me of pies I grew up enjoying. My grandmother always had dessert with all her meals. As a child pies were one of my favorite deserts. Coconut is also a favorite of mine so this caught my eye. My crust was store bought but I am sure Paula has a homemade pie crust recipe that would be a wonderful addition. We put the pie back in the oven to serve it warm with coffee.
