This dish rocked! It was a big hit! I love Italian food and especially anything with cheese in it and this recipe has four different types of cheese (goat, mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta) a cheese lovers heaven! This is a dish that you will want to make many times I'm sure, absolutely delicious! Enjoy!
